With extensive experience spanning healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, government, and consulting sectors, Dr. Martin brings a unique combination of technical precision and human-centered strategy to talent management. As an HR executive overseeing 7,500+ employees across multiple entities, she has reshaped organizational decision-making through data-driven HR analytics, optimized staffing models, and ensured full compliance with regulatory bodies including Joint Commission, Department of Education, EEOC, and Department of Labor standards.
Dr. Martin's strategic impact extends beyond operations to policy influence. During her tenure with the Government of Alberta's Ministry of Advanced Education, she crafted executive compensation frameworks for public post-secondary institutions, setting governance standards that continue to shape higher education policy.
